1. Purchasing Tickets

1.1 Tickets purchased are for personal use, however as this is a business event we will permit a colleague to attend on your behalf, you must inform us who this person will be prior to the event.

1.2 You are not permitted to resell your ticket.

1.3 Tickets can be paid for by credit / debit card or invoice. Please select your desired payment option during booking. If you choose ‘invoice’ payment is expected within 14 days from the date of invoice.

1.4 Credit / debit card payments are processed by Stripe and paid directly to the Via Sponsorship bank account. Via Sponsorship will manage all communications with Stripe.

1.5 By purchasing tickets you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 It is your right to cancel your ticket at any time. Refunds will not be provided for anyone cancelling within 28 days of the event.

2.2 Full refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled by us.

3.Walk-in Tickets

3.1 A limited number of tickets may be available on the day of the event for people who have not booked in advance.

3.2 All payments for walk-in tickets are in accordance with point 1.3.

4. Processing of Personal Data

4.1 When purchasing a ticket we require you to provide some personal information (name, organisation, address, email, contact number, payment details)

4.2 We require this information in order to supply you with all relevant event communications.

4.3 All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Guidelines. See our GDPR policy here.

4.4 By purchasing tickets, you agree that Via Sponsorship can share your name, job title and organisation with other delegates via printed and electronic means.

5. Event Programme

5.1 The programme and speakers are detailed on this website.

5.2 We reserve the right to change the running order of the programme or to substitute speakers.

5.3 The website will be updated in a timely manner to highlight any changes made to the programme.
