As the Director of GRM Marketing, Gordon’s recent projects include driving the success of International sailing teams, putting young Scottish athletes into the ISF Winter Games and facilitating Conrad Colman’s solo sail around the world with a ground breaking zero carbon footprint. Further marketing success within the sports industry include high profile projects such as various UEFA champions league, UEFA Cup, Commonwealth Games, the Special Olympics 2005 and The Fresh N Lo Great Scottish run. Currently GRM are working on major commercial sports events with sponsors such as Zhik, AkzoNobel, Fidelity International and Foresight group.
In addition to his distinct background in marketing and sports sponsorship, Gordon has strong credentials in PR, events and an in-depth knowledge of marketing analytics, sales and activation. Successfully managing Stakis and Hilton brand sales compatibility and responsible for marketing and concept of Malmaison group. Further to this, he has been responsible for acts including Paolo Nutini and music festival activity at major UK festivals for Drinks brands such as Rolling Rock, Aftershock, Jim Beam, Relentless and Wiseman dairies.
