Esther's award-winning international career spans the public, private, creative, academic and third sectors. Clarins 'Most Dynamic Woman of the Year' and a 2018 Women of the Year Alumni member, she is listed on the 2018 SIA Global Power 100 and International 50 - Women in Staffing. The youngest appointment by the Secretary of State, Esther served two consecutive terms on the Big Lottery Fund Board who had oversight of £2.3BN of public money including, New Opportunities for PE and Sport (£175M). Esther chaired the Young People's Fund (£200M) and represented Big Lottery for Spirit of 2012 - Olympics Legacy. Esther was also awarded a People & Environment Award for commitment to sustainability in Arts, Fashion and Music.
Through 2019, Esther will qualify as a Level 2 British Cycling Coaching, Race Official, Ride Leader, Cycling Training Instructor and Level 2 British Triathlon Coach, having discovered a love of cycling through an IRONMAN fundraising challenge, part of a year long programme of fundraising resulting in the support over 550 young people into employment.
