Ardi has been in the sponsorship industry for over 20 years and received the prestigious UK Sponsorship Award in 2003 for his work on the British Independent Film Awards. He’s advised multi-national brand owners, such as Shell as well as undertaken significant sponsorship research for rights holders such as the Caribbean Premier League and Formula-E. The former Chief Strategy Officer for PRISM (WPP plc), he was appointed by the Government to conduct analysis of the UK’s capability in sports marketing and sponsorship and the opportunities for growth for the sector in the wake of London 2012 Olympic Games. In 2018 he was appointed to the Council of the Digital Marketing Institute of America. He has a first degree and Master of Laws from King’s College London, is Founding Editor of the Journal of Data Protection and Privacy and author of Improving the Performance of Sponsorship.
